Typically, they're weekly. You'll get a full schedule of upcoming calls inside the course and days of the week and times are a mix to accommodate a variety of schedules. Plus, they're recorded (up to 20 calls stored) so you'll technically never miss one!
Great question! For the digital bonuses, inside the course there are several "Modules" that are marked by topic with "BONUSES" in the title to easily identify them. There is also a "RESOURCES" area for additional perks. Plus, we occasionally add new ones as we see a need from members.

There are two ways to get help. One, attend the live coaching calls and ask your question (if you can't attend live, submit your question in advance). Two, post your question during "office hours" inside the Facebook Group. Of course, you can always get support outside of these times by sharing with others inside the safe community, and tagging me for answering during "office hours". There's plenty of opportunity to set your mind at ease and know what to do next.
