This is completely dependent upon your goal(s), current situation, level of knowledge, and your ability and desire to do "the work". What we can say is that we believe we provide all the knowledge you need to get healthier and fitter and with even a little consistent effort you can see change surprisingly quickly. And if you don't - we're here to help you!

No problem! When you enroll you'll have access to future live group coaching calls even after the 8 weeks of the course, updates, and all course materials to refer back to for the lifetime of the course. You'll stay plugged in and continue to get closer to your ideal health and body!

Typically, they're weekly. You'll get a full schedule of upcoming calls inside the course and days of the week and times are a mix to accommodate a variety of schedules. Plus, they're recorded (up to 20 calls stored) so you'll technically never miss one!

Great question! For the digital bonuses, inside the course there are several "Modules" that are marked by topic with "BONUSES" in the title to easily identify them. There is also a "RESOURCES" area for additional perks. Plus, we occasionally add new ones as we see a need from members.
