I got a little or should I say alot chubby and my bodyfat is 36% Is it unrealistic to be ready for the Ironman in October 07? I'm eating clean and working out x's two a day. It's amazing how you are right back into it after a child? How? I'm bummed I got fat I was 16% bodyfat, but I have a goal. Is the time frame enough? Any thoughts.
